CONTEXT
Are you studying in Belgium or Europe and looking for a mandatory internship of minimum 3 months at MSF Belgium? Are you interested in contributing to meaningful projects in Talent Attraction and Employer Branding?
Our Recruitment Unit is looking for interns fluent in English and French for a full-time internship of 3 to 6 months.
Within the People & Workforce Department of MSF Belgium (Operational Center Brussels), the Recruitment Unit (RU) is the go-to unit for all issues and activities related to recruitment.
Within this unit, the Talent Attraction & HR Marketing Team is responsible for:
- Talent attraction & employer branding strategies and activities
- Talent attraction tools development and implementation
- Recruitment administration support

As a Recruitment Support & Marketing Intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects in talent acquisition and employer branding. You will support the Talent Attraction & HR Marketing Officers in activities related to recruitment marketing, administrative processes, and knowledge management.
Our Recruitment Unit welcomes and collaborates each year with several interns, with up to two interns at the same time.
Your main responsibilities
HR Marketing & Employer Branding
- Publish job vacancies on the proper channels
- Create attractive illustrative visuals for social media publications
- Participate in the development and implementation of our digital calendar and content for social media
- Provide support and participate in any recruitment marketing strategies, activities and projects (Info session recruitment webinars, Leaflets or posters, events,…)
Support and Administration
- Treat and answer daily to the emails and questions received on the Recruitment Unit’s generic email addresses
- Daily follow-up of job opening and publication requests
- Plan the HR intakes for recruiters and other relevant stakeholders (line manager, HR referent,...)
- Provide support for translations of job descriptions and other documents or content
- Provide support to the recruiters and the Talent Attraction officers for recruitment related activities such as, depending on the need, first screening of applications, planning interviews and meeting rooms, sending answers to candidates,…
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the unit: team meeting agendas, templates, reminders, follow-ups, room bookings, etc.
- Provide support for monthly statistics and data collection tools using Excel
Information, knowledge and processes management
- Provide support for cleaning & updating all files on recruitment SharePoint
- Contribute to the finalization/diffusion/communication of our guidelines and processes (design, attractivity, user- friendly, etc.)
Do you have the profile we’re looking for?
- Studies ongoing in the field of HR, Administration, Communication, International Relations, Work Psychology or any other relevant field
- Knowledge, experience and/or interest in Talent attraction & acquisition, Administration, HR and Employer branding activities
- Knowledge, experience and/or interest in social media, digital marketing, copywriting, website... and associated tools or programs
- Ability to work autonomously; Proactivity; Flexibility; Team player
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent in French AND English (spoken and written) mandatory. Dutch is an asset
Conditions
- Expected starting dates: May/June 2026 or November/December 2026
- Location: Brussels (Belgium) - presence at the Brussels Office is required
*Due to legal administrative constraints, candidates must already be resident in Belgium or have a residence right as a student in Belgium or in the European Union allowing to move and study in the EU and with the willingness to relocate in Belgium at their own costs
- Contract type: Unpaid student internship - Mandatory convention to be provided by the school
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months; Up to 6 months
- Time allocation: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Reimbursement (100%) of public transport costs in case of travels to the office, and 7 EUR/day worked in the office to cover lunch costs
